Well I've been living and working here in France for a few years now and have a number of development projects under my belt.
However, I now feel the time has come to cut down on my work re large barn conversions which were my forte, and now am offering my services to those of you who want the smaller jobs done.
I love stone, and am passionate about dry stone walling, and re-pointing. This makes such a difference to the look of a house and also makes it waterproof. Old pointing does nothing for a property.
My wife speaks good French and is more than happy to help out with advice re planning permissions, interior design, telephone calls to electricity and water people if you're having trouble. We can also give help and advice re installation of septic tanks and help with the paperwork entailed in that.
All in all, there's not much we don't know about building and renovating in France, so give this Irish paddy a ring and we'll see what we can do to help you.
